1. DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No. Only the articles that are actually available are published on the site.

5. I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD. CAN I STILL MAKE PURCHASES?
Yes. It is possible to buy the products off-line by contacting us directly.

6. WHAT OTHER PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
It is possible to pay by credit card, PayPal system or bank transfer. No other forms of payment are accepted.

7. WHAT TYPES OF CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?
Padelclick.it accepts visa, mastercard, american express and diners credit cards. The purchase is also possible with pre-paid credit cards.

8. WHAT ARE THE RISKS OF MAKING A PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD?
The credit card data (number and expiration date) pass directly to the secure server of PayPal, in charge of the payment transaction, through an encrypted code. Neither Padelclick.it nor any other person can access this information. Customer service agents are not authorized to have information about credit cards and customer account numbers.

9. ARE THE PRICES INCLUSIVE OF VAT?
It depends on the nationality of the Customer who placed the order. VAT is already calculated in the purchase invoices for Customers belonging to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary). The shipment to Extra Countries is instead made without charging taxes: the Customer is responsible for the payment of any local taxes and / or customs.

10. WHEN I MAKE A PURCHASE, IS A RECEIPT OR INVOICE ISSUED?
At the time of payment a receipt is issued  . If the customer wants the invoice , he must communicate it when ordering in the "notes" field. In both cases the tax documentation is sent together with the goods and delivered to the Customer and can be retrieved from the appropriate link of the customer air.

11. IS IT POSSIBLE TO KNOW THE SHIPPING TIMES?
Yes. The shipment is always traceable by the Customer, thanks to the MBE service. At the time of starting the shipping procedure, the Customer will receive an email confirming the shipment with the code provided by MBE that will allow him to check at any time the progress of his shipment.

12. IS THERE A SHIPPING INSURANCE POLICY?

14. IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE THE ORDERED GOODS?
No, under no circumstances. The Customer who wishes to make an exchange must submit the return procedure and execute a new order.

15. HOW DO I SUBMIT THE RETURN PROCEDURE?
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods purchased on Padelclick.it, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 5 of d.lgs. 185/99. Within the aforementioned deadline, a registered letter with Return Receipt must be sent to Padelclick.it, with registered office in via della libertà, 168 - 74015 Martina Franca. It is requested that the declaration with which the Customer expresses the will to withdraw is written in Italian. The Customer is also required to return the product intact in all its parts and unused, to the address just mentioned, within 14 working days from the date of approval of the return.

16. IS THE RETURN PROVIDED FOR ALL ITEMS?
 The products to be returned must not have been used and must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer. The return will be accepted only with the warranty seal fixed on the item and perfectly intact. Returns with the warranty seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with will not be accepted under any circumstances.
