These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between PADEL CLICK and its buyers. Each order validated by the customer implies the acceptance without reservation of the latter. The conditions may be modified by PADEL CLICK at any time.
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the PADEL CLICK e-commerce store on its online site indicates information regarding the essential characteristics of the products; the price (including taxes); transport costs; validity of offers and related price; right of withdrawal.
The prices of the products on the site are indicated in euros (taxes included) without transport costs.
Depending on the amount of the order and its destination, they may be added to the total order of transport costs.
The list prices shown correspond to the recommended selling price of the various manufacturers.
The offers on our site are valid within the limits of product availability. In case of unavailability, you will be informed immediately by email or phone of the missing items.
The general conditions of sale come into force at the time of acceptance of the order on our website www.padelclick.it. There is the possibility to check the detail with its price in euros, delivery costs and to correct any errors before confirming the order.
The delivery of the products can take place throughout Italy and in foreign countries. The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer in the order.
When the order will be VAT Excluded, the customer may have to pay VAT at the border (San Marino and Vatican).
For orders over 75 euros (taxes included) shipping is free (only for Italy). For amounts less than 75 euros the cost of shipping is equal to 8 euros (always for the Italian territory) For abroad the transport costs will be indicated in the cart.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery area.
All shipments and related services will be entrusted to the MBE (mail boxes etc.) which will provide relative tracking numbers and status of the shipment itself. It will be the same MBE to entrust the transport to the various couriers according to the destination areas.
Any anomaly of the delivery must be indicated on the delivery note of the carrier in the form of a detailed "reserve", dated and accompanied by the customer's signature.
The consumer must report this anomaly by sending us within 3 working days following the delivery date a report by email to the address info@padelclick.it or by contacting us by phone.
If the buyer refuses the goods, they will be delivered to the warehouse of the courier closest to the customer. The courier will send us the notice of storage directly and will not accept the reopening of the customer's initiative stock!
If the buyer refuses the goods because visually damaged, the costs of return and any costs of return are fully borne by Padel Click, only and exclusively if the goods are obviously damaged; if the buyer refuses the goods without a valid reason, the costs of return and any costs of return are fully borne by the consumer.
Payment must be made at the time of the order by the customer in its entirety. The consumer guarantees that he has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method. PADEL CLICK reserves the right to suspend all order and delivery management in case of refusal of authorization by financial bodies.

With this payment method, the amount will be charged at the time of order settlement.
The order validated for the customer on the website will be effective only when the central banking network has given its consent. Otherwise PADEL CLICK reserves the right to cancel the order and block the sending of the package. The customer will be contacted.
Payment by PayPal via account on the PayPal online payment platform. This online method is easy to use and allows for quick processing. The identity of the account PayPal is defined by the customer's email address. A payment made through this platform will be credited immediately with instant verification.
Payment by bank transfer, in this case the goods will be reserved for a period of 5 days starting from the time of order on the site. After this deadline, the products will be available again in our warehouse. The order will be processed only upon receipt of payment. the customer must send to the email info@padelclick.it the receipt of payment issued by the bank.
Cash on delivery is not accepted.
Return policies.
If for any reason the customer wants to return his purchase, he can do so by communicating it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The customer who returns the goods will pay the transport costs to return the item. You will then receive a refund.
To make the return you must make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with the tags intact and with the presence of the receipt inside the package; then you send a request for authorization to info@padelclick.it specifying the name and quantity of the items; proceed with the shipment and as soon as the goods have arrived in the store we will check the conditions of the same.
From the moment Padel Click has accepted the return request, the customer will have 14 days to proceed with the shipment of the goods.

Once the integrity of the products has been verified, a refund will be made. The customer will be refunded the amount paid at the time of purchase.
