The delivery of the products can take place throughout Italy and in foreign countries. The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer in the order.
When the order will be VAT Excluded, the customer may have to pay VAT at the border (San Marino and Vatican).
For orders over 75 euros (taxes included) shipping is free (only for Italy). For amounts less than 75 euros the cost of shipping is equal to 8 euros (always for the Italian territory) For abroad the transport costs will be indicated in the cart.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery area.
All shipments and related services will be entrusted to the MBE (mail boxes etc.) which will provide relative tracking numbers and status of the shipment itself. It will be the same MBE to entrust the transport to the various couriers according to the destination areas.
Any anomaly of the delivery must be indicated on the delivery note of the carrier in the form of a detailed "reserve", dated and accompanied by the customer's signature.
The consumer must report this anomaly by sending us within 3 working days following the delivery date a report by email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting us by phone.
If the buyer refuses the goods, they will be delivered to the warehouse of the courier closest to the customer. The courier will send us the notice of storage directly and will not accept the reopening of the customer's initiative stock!
If the buyer refuses the goods because visually damaged, the costs of return and any costs of return are fully borne by Padel Click, only and exclusively if the goods are obviously damaged; if the buyer refuses the goods without a valid reason, the costs of return and any costs of return are fully borne by the consumer.
If for any reason the customer wants to return his purchase, he can do so by communicating it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The customer who returns the goods will pay the transport costs to return the item. You will then receive a refund.
To make the return you must make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with the tags intact and with the presence of the receipt inside the package; then you send a request for authorization to email@example.com specifying the name and quantity of the items; proceed with the shipment and as soon as the goods have arrived in the store we will check the conditions of the same.
From the moment Padel Click has accepted the return request, the customer will have 14 days to proceed with the shipment of the goods.
The costs of the return and any costs of return are fully borne by Padel Click only if the products are damaged. The costs of the return and any costs of return are fully borne by the buyer if the latter decides to return the goods without a valid reason.
Once the integrity of the products has been verified, a refund will be made. The customer will be refunded the amount paid at the time of purchase.
For orders placed by credit card the refunded amount will be available in about 5 days. For payment by PayPal or credit card the amount will be returned to the original account. In case of payment by bank transfer you will have to provide us with your IBAN to make the transfer in your favor.
N.B.: the return will be evaluated and possibly authorized, only and exclusively if our warranty seal will be present on the goods.
