Advertising: padel click uses the customer's data for promotional purposes, to send information about the items offered within the website. The customer's e-mail address will be used only within the limits prescribed by applicable legislation or, where necessary, after the customer has given express consent. You can stop sending promotional messages free of charge by making a request by e-mail to or by clicking on the "unsubscribe from newsletter" option in each promotional e-mail.
Market research and demoscopicsurveys: the Customer's personal data are also processed in order to perform market research and demoscopic surveys. The customer has the right to object, in whole or in part: (a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; (b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
